I have a thai wife, however I want to put my company name into one of these books, to show company ownership of the house.

The chanote has already been put in my company name so I believe I've got that right.

Anyone been there care to share the pros and cons please.

I think if you have registered then they have recored your company name already. Just wait till next time they publish the next ones.
