Right the plot gets thicker ,, just got some more info from me mate as he was calling me whilst mobile before .

You couldn't make this shit up

Apparently whats happened is the Home office have confused her with another Thai same or very similar name , different date of birth , who had an interview over 12 months ago , apparently she actually went back to Thailand , unlike my mates missus who has been living and working here all the time this saga has been going on .

Oh well never mind only another £1600 or so to appeal in September , in the meantime the poor buggers can't even go back to Thailand for a holiday or anywhere else other than the UK come to that

If the Home Have made a bad Judgement, your friend has the right to go to Tribunal, fuk the Brief, get them to make enquiries with the home office themselves.

Move to Sweden and spend a few years there, they have the most liberal laws within the EU, then move back to the UK after 2 years.
