    found my decree absolute :)

    hi all
refering to a previous post that i submitted where i was asking advice about what to do if i couldnt find my divorce papers...well by a quirk of fate my brother of all people found them,so am very chuffed....

i now have another query. my education visa runs out in june.if i leave a few days before will i get another 90 days extension or should i go to immigration to do it ? ( i have a mutilple entry )

also, what sort of hassle should i expect going from a non b ed to a marriage visa?.i imagine that i will have to go back to my country (wales) and apply for the visa there, am i correct?

    any help gratefully recieved

    regards

Third times a charm or so I am told. My mother threatened to disinherit me if I married within 2 yrs of my divorce.

ok...i seem to be getting somewhere.i have been in touch with the consul here in chiang mai and someone suggested that i could download the freedom to marry form and take all relevant docs to them and they would sort everything out here in chiang mai rather than going to bkk.anyone have any ideas where i can download the form because i cant see it for the life of me...

I believe that if you have 15 days or more left on your visa you can apply at immig to switch to a non o.
Otherwise, you can apply for the visa at any thai consulate. You don't need to go back to wales.
