Thread: Benefits package supplier for companies

Bugger knows which forum to put this into so I will try here.

In another country in Asia I pay 10% on top of salary to a firm that in turn gives the employee a choice of products to use it one ranging from gyms, pensions, insurance, medical for family etc but it is up to them to select; I just pay for it. The cost come out cheaper for me and them, and they all seem to love it; especially the younger ones who can't be arsed putting money away for a rainy day. Does anyone know of / have experience of such a firm in Thailand?
