Do you get a commission?
i dont know, he dont know ive put it up for sale yet but i know he will sell it for that.
ahhh and i got another place that i have just put on the market for a friend, but that is a massive place, but 7.5 million Baht
I want to see the 7.5 million house.
How many square metres?
aah the 7.5 million one, well the ground floor is 50 meters by 10 meters, the next floor 39 meters by 10 meters, the next floor 30 meters by 10 meters, the next floor alittle bit less and the top about 10 by 10, 6 or 7 bathrooms and the same amount of bedrooms, communal swimming pool and of course sea views
The house, in pic, seems to be in miserable condition. It might need another 0.5 million baht for renoavtion. How many wa square is that, DD?
yes it does need a touch of paint, its about 20 meters by 6 meters i believe, the ground area that is, and i mentioned to the owner that i put it up for sale today for him and yes i will get a commision if i sell it dont no how much though
Would it be possible to get them in wa square n shit please?
length times width and divide by 4 macha.
^Thanks DD. I shall do the math and ask me mrs. for her opinion.
well heres what 7.5million baht will get you this first picture is the car park, should be able to get a few cars in there.
behind me in the car pic is 3 maids rooms and 3 bathrooms.
now this next picture is of the main living room.
here's a view of the communal area with the swimming pool in the background.
A picture of one of the many bedrooms.
A view from one of the many balconeys.
Power lines in Thailand really spoil the views dont they, i look out at my seaview and the first thing that catches my eye is the poxy powerlines and the ugly concrete poles holding up the cables, we built this Russian place at Golden Beach, it was beautiful, 6 meters from the beach, i mean things don't get better than that, but it was a 3 storey building and all the 3rd storey was in line with the poxy power cables, it would have been a fantastic place but for the power lines...
why buy a 7.5 millionbaht house if you can never own it as a foreigner?
why not stick to owning Condos where you actually own what you pay for
:?
Geniune question from a newbie here so please no flaming
Wel you could read the "doing things legally' thread you might fnd a viable way to own...
It is actually 8.5 million now
