It looks to me you have added some exterior walls on your plans on the inside of the house whereby they should have been interior walls.Originally Posted by maily

Try deleting those incorrect exterior walls and replace them with interior walls. You will have to first delete the roof that you have, edit the walls correctly and then put the roof back on.
Thats quite a place where are you going to build it ?
Loy Toy, the program does not tell me anything, it is done in Excel, so I have no real idea of what the roof will look like.
I think will build somewhere close to BKK.
Did not even think about front loading machine and thanks for the info on the dryer
Hi, Maily, and welcome to Teak Door!
Some thoughts about the kitchen and bathrooms.
Kitchen: Like Jizzer says, what's with the dryer? On the kitchen counter? I've never done laundry and cooking in the same space and why have the washer ten paces from the dryer? Front load washer and dryer on top both away from the food prep area. Where's the stove/cooker going and the fridge? One sink? Double sink is better, IMO.
Cupboards in the washrooms would be a disaster, IMO. Get wet, mouldy and rot within a few years.
Lots of windows are good, but hope you have roof extensions to keep shade or you'll cook. The construction boys here know about all this stuff. Did you read through some of their threads? Great advice on all the details!
Every house I have seen has a cupboard with the wash basin in it in the bathrooms.
The laundry is totally seperate to the Kitchen Area.
The roof overhang will be larger than in the drawing, I ran out of room on the sheet, it is only 256 lines wide.
Thanks for your comments
It looks nice, but where is the maid going to sleep?
The maid will sleep with me??????????????????????????? or maybe will build a small unit or extension.
I have tried many different designs and some had a maids room, but my computor hard drive crashed and I lost almost everything last week.
Why does the Walk in Robe have an ensuite but the main bedroom doesn't? The design seems to make poor use of all that space. Only three bedrooms, but 4 bathrooms.

If you're gonna make your own plans, take your time. Talk to your wife and find out what she wants. And do it how you want to do it. If you keep your design simple it'll be easier to make changes as you go.
The concrete things I would suggest are high ceilings (3.5m) and use superblocks. Do a cavity wall if you can afford it.
concrete plonkwheat!!!! Build it out of nuts shells and chewing gum.......
no i agree superbloc's are not bad going!!!!
Might I inquire as to the program you used in Excel? This may come in handy.
