    Insulation

    What would you recommend, dirtydog, and how much do youthink that will be for a small house and we are talking about three bedrooms here.

    ok the spray on foam stuff is about 400 odd baht per sq met, the rolls of fiberglass in foil are about 100 odd baht per sq met, if the house isnt built yet then use the plaster board with the foil on one side as well.

    So what's the advantage of the spray as it is four times as expensive?

    that includes a big lorry with compressor to spray it on, pu i think is the same, but the spray on stuff makes the roof stronger and stops any leaks you might have.

    So you just put it on the roof or can I use it for the wall as well, I thought mainly for the eastern wall.
