but it appears that you have flat roofs covering the side deck/patio so, given that there would no air flow, what were you trying to achieve there?

Thanks Mike.. Main target for me was a home that get as less hot as possible, so there is some roofs around.. Right now im building the kitchen together with my brother in law. Its also a great opportunity to follow the other work in home carefully...who is needed.

Just started on inside stair.. its a long stair with 2 turns using 3 walls, and steps in the turns. The builders used long time to understand this, but after some time when we got it lined up on the walls they got it more clear.. Im at the place following the building to avoid misunderstanding..the stair is cement so not easy to correct any mistakes.

Most windows in first floor was set in yesterday and today.. And my stairs is up, and starting cementing around house..so its going forward.. I want to be finish soon now !!! Still some work left like ceiling, tiling, painting.. And still more cement needed outside. I still have not started on the last overbuilt terrace in the opposite side of entrance of the house.. Its needed to protect this side to sun. I choose to build garage as separate building so this building can create some shadow for main building, its also a fact that building cost per sqm is higher for a main building so there will be a second building with garage/washing area/hobby room/storage.

Im title myself micro manager now... Im hoping to finish soon now. Now is focus on finishing inside tiles, paint, kitchen etc. I try monitoring like a hawk... i think i have explained 10 times its useless to try "hide" a not perfect finished part with paint... More photos of the finished house will come soon...i hope. The build taken around the double of the time i expected to get it completed...
