Really? Best advice is be afraid or take the bull by the horns?

I dealt with a tad more dangerous people in my life, I will not hire a killer and I have resolved myself to the fact that I am not immortal so I will just continue with the legal option until all is resolved What would have been nice is if someone actually knew the law and/or the actual article of law that protects land owners, but obviously no one here knows (including me). Que sera sera...

I didn't really get an answer that I hadn't thought about before but no problem. At least I got the opportunity to rub elbows with some nice guys for a short time.
