Ok, I'm calling a commercial rate (1000+ m2) of 400bt for labour (taking old tiles up, laying new tiles, desposing of old ones) This also includes sand/cement but no tiles.
What say you?

140baht, you buy and you dump, 100baht to lay, 40baht to to take up old ones.
Sand and cement are a nothing money item when tiling.
