Photoshops as a gift

She has been considering learning Photoshop for some time now so I thought i'd get it for her birthday present.

Could I just copy mine onto her Mac?

Do I want to do that?

It would seem more like a gift if I went to Phantip and got a copy.

How about the serial numbers? ..I ain't giving her mine!

Arcsoft is free.
I never found a copy photoshop that worked.

Give her your computer with PS installed. Problem solved.

Why not. If you have CD, install on her computer as you did on your's. No risk using your serial number.
If you don't have CD then buy a copy from Panthip.
No you can't just copy PS application from your computer to hers.
