I just connected my ipod touch to a wireless network for the first time yesterday, what a joy to use. Also found a neat internet radio and podcast app and had a ball. Pretty bloody good machine considering what it can do. I can also pop some torrents straight onto it to watch at airports and bus trips. Brilliant.

Anyone want to buy a near new and now redundant N85? I use my old phone for calls and ipod for everything else.

Interestingly I was sitting next to a guy trying to connect his new nokia in the same way. We both wanted to be able to listen to the bbc world service as we are sailing mid Atlantic- I had it in 5 minutes and he triumphantly announced he also had it....5 hours later.

Hilarious -- albeit Butterfly is still trying to get it to work.

So, BF, what phone do you currently own?

I might be going with the new Google phone, at least it runs Linux and doesn't explode when you use it

I need to get a new phone. Have an iPhone, but it is an English contract job, so I need to get a new Thai phone. My old one is dying. Want to get a Motorola Droid. Anyone seen these about in BKK? Searched a bit online but couldn't find a retailer in BKK.

They mistake pure illusion for reality, license for freedom, treason for patriotism, vengeance for justice."-Simón Bolívar
