There is a "whats app" for windows, you will need your mobile number.

Not sure but you might also need your mobile to link to the first time you use it.

Every time I open it on the PC (Win 11) I need to scan a Line QR Code on the Line App on my android phone for it to log in.

Is there a button or some such to turn that off so it will open fully on the PC with having to open it on my phone to scan?
