you are exhibiting the classic issue that occurs when trying to remotely fault find a problem on a users computer
no information on what you did to cause this issue and total denial that you did anything - I fully expect to hear that you just turned it on and this is what it showed
molle had to look up the part number on the hard drive to determine it was a SSD and the information that you had the computer upgraded had to be extracted from you like teeth were being pulled
you will be unable to boot this computer with a USB repair disk to find out what is wrong , so your best move is take it to someone who will charge you to fix it and recoup the cost of having to deal with your intransigence
If you torture data for enough time , you can get it to say what you want.
