Cool, they don't look too different. The history is interesting too!
I worked at an AT&T call center and also as a technical sales rep for a year or two, and I was speaking to Americans using cell phones...now that was a job trying to troubleshoot cell phone issues and reception while in Canada. lol
What an exciting life you have led ! You should lie down and charge your batteries before you explode with joy. I exploded with Joy once, or was it twice? These Soi 8 women have clever ways of connecting with gentlemen like me.
I'm rocking these badboys and really can't fault them:
WH-1000XM4 Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones
Battery lasts for 30 hours and I wear them at work just for the noise cancelling alone.
I've seen them at half price recently too.

Lang may yer lum reek...
Was given a pair of Xiaomi Earbuds 4, but they're crap (in terms of volume) compared to my plug in ones, which are much louder (presume have a much bigger output)
But everything else feels good.
Appears the earbuds output is: 5 V... 150mA
Input is 5V.... 350 mA.
I have no idea of the numbers for my plug in ones.
I presume that's kinda crap.
Though I like the ease of the wireless ones.
I have no need for a microphone.
No need for long battery life. Exercise seshes are 60-90 minutes at a time.
I don't need buttons on them that control playlists, answer phone calls, send messages or check me horoscope etc etc.
Just earphones that simply play fokin' music. Bells and whistles not needed.
But that are also bluetooth, slip inside the ear, and are more than a measly 5v output, if that is the issue with these ones.
Any recos?
I was pining for music in my house today.
I'm so fkin bored of headphones, earbuds whatever.
I need the Notting Hill Carnival going by the moobahn.
But with Thais taking the place of west londoners in certain roles.
None of them to do with music, obvs.
Right.... well, these are earbuds needed for 60-90 minute running or rope and gym sessions.
Not so much London carnivals.
I bought samsung earbuds and found them to be excellent. Noise cancelling is great too. Wife has the bose's on the plane now and I stay with the ear buds. Great at work, can't even hear the phone.
Cool, cheers, will take a look at them.
So what numbers of:
db
v input/output
mm drivers
and anything else?
should one be looking at.
Earbuds can have the same specs of quality and volume as wired?
Range, battery life, water resistance, mic, touch controls etc etc don't matter a squat.
It's pure volume and sound quality. Cheers
Might want to take a look at the Jabra earbuds. I have the 65T sport and they are very good. I pair to my laptop, phone use on airplane flights and use on my bike rides. Comfortable, never had one fall out even when jumping around on my mountain bike. They have newer models now, 85T I think. Nice little carrying case that also charges them.
^ thanks, they don't ever seem to go on sale around here.....
For exercise I've got some beats flex that are wireless but uh.. have a wire connecting them to each other if that makes sense. Lost too many full wireless earbuds when running.

Look good, cheers.
Will check them out, after sipping on some gin and Tipco, oh, yeah.
And certainly come with a big name..... Dr. Drestrong.
Any info on which spec numbers are important, so I don't have to go check meself, would also be be great. cheers chaps
^ If you want the best sound quality then use headphones not ear buds. I don't really notice but I'm not so fussy.
The buds are more comfortable than headphones for long periods and more convenient to use. The sound levels are good but they can still damage your hearing.
Note mine are paired to an s21+ so all features are available.
Fit, comfort and ease of use are the most important but noise cancelling is worth considering.
