Western Union *might* be able to help......but doubt you would find a telex machine -well, anywhere really.

I did some work in the US Consulate, Auckland a number of years back. They had a telex machine in their secure comms room and it was explained to me that it was there as a secure form of communication.
Based on that, I'd guess that you may find a few different embassies have telex machines. Worth a phone call to ask.

I found out I don't get the telex. It is government to government from Indonesia to the embassy in Bangkok. I get a faxed copy of the document to take with me to confirm my identity or something.
So sorry no Nigerian technology involved just a lot of English not being a first language and the Indo government using obsolete terminology maybe? They call it a telex but maybe it still is or isn't who knows?
