I have the same problem here. I order, send it to my brother, his wife re-wraps it and mails it to me International mail. If it comes DHL or direct from Amazon, I too get raped by Customs. Coming in via International mail, I've yet to be charged duty on ANYTHING, nor have any packages gone missing. Quite amazed me. Try it - Indo can't be more fucked up than here...might work when you really need an item.
