And that really is the bottom line. No matter how you cut it to make yourself feel better.

As I said before, the worse you are as a manager, the more 'insight' you'll need into when Joe checks out porn or goes to have a too-long shit. Admit it and move jobs, or if you have your own co. employ a real manager and go play golf. You'd be doing yourself a huge favour, if your ego can take the shock.
