Room in Chiang Mai from November

Hello there,
I am coming to Chiang mai on 1.11 and would like to rent a room for 2 to 4 months if possible close to the old town or Nimmanhemin area but It should be quiet with fridge and small kitchenette. I`ve tried contact few places but they either full or dont do 4 months.
Any ideas?

could try this place. its close to all your needs and do good monthly rates. it is quite a large place but found it very quiet. rooms are ok big fridge cable t.v etc and they have a swimming pool ,mini mart, restaurant if your feeling lazy. stayed there for about 6 months.
