actually i thought he used a stunt double who was about 45 years younger or so...
have to admit.
i know the guy and it's a very flattering photo.
bet it was taken with a blue screen in the background somewhere in chiang mai.
kudos on the photoshop bustak.

who needs enemies....
Not meaning to hijack the thread (honestly!), but...
do women in Thailand douche?
Normal women I mean, not the P4P providers.
It's an outdated hygiene chore here in US, though 'Summer's Eve' does make a nice room deoderizer.
Threads with pics are one of the best applications of a forum like this, imho: great pics!
Great shots, makes me wanna go out and buy a new camera the A410 I have is just not up to anything these days, whats the retail for an SD800.
How did u manage to get the photo with the macaques back, in my experience these pesky little mighters wud rather fleece u then let u take a foto of them or with them in it and oh yeah as for the Camodian People Party, it didnt seem to have a high attendance hehe.
Keep up the good work, i have just been using photoshop, but am not very good at it.
Anyone got any tutorials???
Yes composition is the skill of the person behind the lens so congrats
In that picture I didn't have either a job or a Thai gf. Now when you see me I have both! That's enough to add 10 years to someones appearance!
I've used Lynda tutorials for other apps & have nothing but positive things to say about them, here's the PS3 one:
lynda.com Online Training Library: Training
"I'm never gonna work another day in my life
The gods told me to relax
They said I'm gonna be fixed up right"
Monster Magnet
I think they have different names in some regions, but there are a few here...Originally Posted by unkleblacky

Excellent snaps, Bustak. Thanks.
Photoshop -- I got the basics from a friend then just spent hours playing with the prog. Pity I don't have it now.
Can't believe it took me so long to catch up with this thread.
I enjoy a good TR anyway- but you add another dimension with the excellence of your shots and subject matter.
Well done- thanks for sharing.
Pathos, or what?
Brilliant stuff, Busty.
Think I already greened you, 'cos I can't do it again for a while.
Very nice photos mate. 1st time Iv'e seen this thread.
I like the photos too. I enjoyed Cambodia and have no regrets about having traveled or lived there.
I remember all those Cambodian Peoples Party signs that littered the roads. And the Happy Herb pizza. ha ha
Once when I was in Angkor Wat a guy surprised me by yelling at a shrine out of the blue and then he threw water on it. Guess it was some religious thing.
nice pics enjoyed your tread more of the same please
^ that means going back to Cambodia, don't know if I want to do that again.
Next trip outside of Chiang Mai will probably be Pai, I would prefer Laos, but too much cash & it'd be hard to take the time off from work.
Thanks for the nice words!
Great photos Bustak. have you ever done a photo tips thread? Compostion angles etc?

I used to do motor sports mostly so it was tripod, big lens, remote and click away. Im down to a Lumix FX01 at the minute and the lack of control is crippling me.
