Its going to depend on the type of drug used, the dose used and its interactions with alcohol. Plus any underlying medical conditions the recipient might have. Age is going to be a factor too. A lot of variables in there. Too much of the wrong drug and you die.

2 buddies of mine were drugged .they were on R&R from working in Lybia and one of them took a gal ffrom soi4 longtime,she was very sweet so they took her to Phuket for a week with them. when they arrived at their apartment they had booked she made them some coffees .they woke up next day with bad heads and everything gone ,cards ,passports, cash and jewelery . a very expensive diamond ring was lost .
i wired them some money next day to get back to BKK and get back on their feet ,
lucky they didnt get an OD and die .she was a very sweet gal who was always on the phone chatting to somebody in thai ,maybe her mangda .

BANGKOK — A Japanese man was found dead Tuesday in his apartment in
the resort town of Pattaya in eastern Thailand, police said.

The police said they believe that Keita Samukawa, 37, may have been
dead for three days, as apartment staff said they last saw him on
Saturday. His body, which reportedly had numerous stab wounds, has

Five women and a man were arrested by Thai police in a sting operation
after a spate of fatal and near-fatal druggings in which tourists passed
out after licking prostitutes' nipples. The gang admitted druggings in
Pattaya and Bangkok over several months in 1996, although they denied
being involved in the deaths of at least 45 tourist from drug overdoses
in Pattaya during the year.
Amorn Saiyakul, at 19 the youngest prostitute in the gang, told police
about three ways she was taught to administer the knockout drug. "The
easiest was to drop the drug in the drink. That usually worked. But if
there was no drink available I could pass it on by placing it under my
tongue and very quickly giving the man a deep kiss. If they complained,
I told them it was an aphrodisiac. The third way was to rub it on my
nipples and let the tourist suck on them. They took about 20 minutes to
pass out."
Among the gang's victims were three Austrians who slept through
Christmas after being drugged at the Thai Garden Hotel in Pattaya. One
of them claimed he was robbed of cash and gold worth £17,500. Last
October, an American tourist woke 24 hours after being drugged, also
having lost his possessions. He said the last he remembered was sucking
on a nipple.
Meanwhile, police in Bangkok investigated the heart-attack deaths of two
Swedes, aged 32 and 35, in a rundown hotel over the New Year. "They had
been drinking," said a policeman, "but it is beyond coincidence that two
men in their 30s should have died simultaneously of heart attacks."
The breast sucking trick is nothing new. In 1992, four transsexuals were
arrested for picking up Thai customers and tourists outside Bangkok's
Regent Hotel and knocking them out with tranquillisers in drinks, on
chocolates or smeared on nipples before robbing them. Upjohn Halcyon
tranquillisers were used, the same brand favoured by American serial
killer Geoffrey Dahmer. Both in 1992 and in the current run of muggings,
police believe that there were many other victims who were too
embarrassed to come forward.

When I used to live in BKK and do good deeds as a volunteer police translator, 2 Brts came into Lumpini police to report that they had just woken up after 24 hours asleep after being drugged by 2 tarts from Nana Plaza. Apparently, they had just arrived in town and taken a room at a nearby hotel. Relaxing on the balcony that evening, they spotted 2 slappers on the street below and invited them up to their room for some night-time activities. After some hot sex and a few drinks, the 2 guys told me that they passed out and awoke 1 day later to find their money and cameras gone, as were their 2 playmates.

Luckily, the hotel had CCTV in the lobby and I went and looked over the film and recognised the 2 culprits!!
