T Shirt supplies and screen printing in Bkk

I have made up a few designs that I want to get onto T-shirts and i wondered if anyone knew where the best place is to get this done. So I have a few q,s

1, Where is the best place to get this done?( I have visited the area around National Stadium are there any other areas that specialise in this)

2, What is the minimum order to get my own designs printed. Is it advantageous to oder in bulk?

3, If I place an order will I get the screen as well so i could diy after?

4, Do you need to supply your own T Shirts (if so where is best to buy?)

5, Is there anywhere in bkk where I can learn the process myself?

6, Is there anysoftware I can buy to create screens?

There's a place in Silom soi 1 next to Sala daeng BTS station, the shop is on the right hand side at the end of the soi (dead end soi about 50 meters long)

They charge about B280 including Tshirt.

If you just want one some Tesco stalls do it.

There are places in Paratunam specifically the one inside the Indra Mall nearest the corner next to the Baiyoke II tower.
They are cheaper and have access to a wider selection and better garments than the printing type places you see in MBK and other malls.
They primarily do stitching (you'll see the machine at the front of the shop) but ask them and they will arrange screen-prints and T-Shirts for you. I've just ordered half a dozen and will pick them up after Songkran.

To give you an idea of costs, a detailed, stitched badge design will cost around 1,000 to 2,000 THB depending on size and detail, and that is yours to keep for future orders. Polos run at 150THB plus around 100THB per each badge stitched on the shirt. Extra stitching (I got a web address on the back of the neck) was 50THB per shirt. So the total for each shirt was 300THB after the initial cost of the badge design.

I'll give you a breakdown of costs for the tees when I pick them up on the 17th or 18th and let you know how they would prefer to have your design. You'll get to keep the screens also.

I'm also interested in finding a t-shirt shop that will screen print designs that I will provide.

Any help would be appreciated. I'll be in Thailand in June and July 2008; and I would be interested in finding one during that time if possible.

Hi there, Do you still need t-shirts printed in Bangkok? I can get very good quality 100% Cotton 33 weave t-shirts printed at low prices. For a 1 or 2 colour silk screen I can get t-shirts printed for around:

Medium - 100BHT per t-shirt
Large - 110BHT
X Large - 120
minimum order 100 t-shirts with your design on. However you can mix up the colour and size. e.g you can have 100 t-shirts with the same design but have 30 Medium 30 Large and 40 X Large, in any colour.

This includes t-shirt, silk screen print packaging and label.

I can provide you samples before you buy so you can check the quality. All I would need is you to bring the designs in JPEG format and I can show you different quality t-shirts and print styles e.g. Silk Screen, Stone Wash, Embroidered etc.

If you would like to meet up or talk I would be happy to go through the process with you and maybe get some samples made up and you can see if it is something you would like to do.

HI , Damien here speaking, reading upon your post i realize there are things i am really curious to know , you see , my friend is departing to Bangkok in a week time , and i would really kill to know for the location where they sell plain tees kinda like those for (topshop or fashion cuts) kinda more towards good quality retailers, here in singapore people exploit the prices of plain tee , was wondering if Bangkok is as they said ,a haven for aspiring designers who want to get their tees done

If there is such a haven existing somewhere in Bangkok ,can i have the detailed location? and information about the price , per tee , in multiple colors ?

Can get 1st quality - double stitched seam t shirts - polos + any other promo items , but here in Phuket! have had 300+ made each year for an event - never had a problem with delivery - price or quality.
