    printing photos in Bangkok

i have about 200 photos that I want to bring to Thailand to get printed. (9 cents compared to 60 cents). Whenever I get some printed here in Australia I have had problems bringing the pics into the lab on a memory stick.

Do Thai photo labs handle .jpg files from a memory stick ok or should I burn them to a CD?

Most of them have multiple format memory card readers, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to have a backup CD with you just in case something goes wrong.

Yes you should be able to find a place which can read the memory sticks.

MM: there's a very good place at the bottom of the stairs to the PromPong Bts station...opposite Emporium...5bt from mem stick...and the girls in there make doing business there very pleasant...normally i drop the pics in and slip around to 33 for a few beers and pic them up on my way home

There's the chap opposite my place too. Bloody nice guy and always does a good job. If you do get stuck and need a CD burning, you know where I am.

Found a place right at the bottom of ratchatewi bts - 3 baht a pic, and right next door is an ok little resturant with 90 baht large heinikens to help you wait until they are ready.
