    I like HD tv.

    Does anybody use this site?

    https://secure.ilikehd.com/livetv/channellist.php

Different packages available - lots of sports/films etc.

A mate of mine paid for it yesterday, i'm wondering if it's any good as in reliable for the footy.

^^If by footy you mean EPL, ilikeHDtv will suit you perfectly for that.

I've had it on my tv, laptop, tablet, and mobile phone for about 1.5 years now. With a decent internet connection (mine is around 10-13mps) it works really well. Picture quality is surprisingly good with no buffering issues and there's a LOT of channels, but I mainly use it for sports.

Try it out to see what you think, no damage done if it's not to your liking. I have local cable tv, True Visions platinum, and ilikeHDtv. If I could only keep one for whatever reason it would be ilikeHDtv.

They do buffer the live stuff. You will be at least 15 minutes behind watching live games.

    How much is it?

Are they legal or is this another service that rebroadcasts satellite and cable feeds without paying licensing fees?

This service is excellent. They dodge the licencing fee so its good for us. You're a chump if you're paying full price for cable tv. you need good internet though.

No, they don't. The EPL broadcasts are CTH Channels 1 to 6 and it's real-time, or maybe a few seconds behind at the most. I know this because I have certain sites open on my laptop while watching EPL and when a goal is scored, it's on the tv at the same time the websites update the odds/score.

500 Baht a month for everything (you get a 50 baht discount when ordering the Thai and English packages at the same time). The beauty of this is, if you're not going to be in town for a while you don't need to purchase any packages till you get back. Unlike True Visions, who just took about 27k baht off me for the year but I'm going away for a month or two shortly. It wouldn't be worth the headache dealing with those imbeciles getting it put back on when I get home soooo....

As for the legalities of it all, one would assume broadcasters like CTH are aware that their mega-buck EPL rights matches are available on live streaming on this site and some sort of deal is place. Not that I care!.

It's only an issue in that it could be closed down any time, that's all.
