I think Cleese previously said he would never re-unite with the other Pythons. That was previous to his recent costly divorce from the last merkin missus though.

It would be brilliant if they can still get the laughs, there all getting up there age wise.
Python is not dead, it's just resting.
I think current pc nuttiness would be devastated by MP humour, but hopefully it would help the idiots lighten up, just a bit.

So where is the new stuff, out for sale in the rush up to christmas, another load of old pensioners topping up their pensions by recycling their old shit from the past.
Cleese needs to, he keeps getting taken to the cleaners by his wives and having his money wiped out by alimony payments.Originally Posted by wasabi

John Cleese, here is a new idea,do a comedy sketch on meeting, then dating a pretty woman, and at what point did you want to marry her.Come on spill the beans.

Cleese is the man.
Their first show sold out all 14,500 tickets in 43.5 seconds according to this article:
BBC News - Monty Python extends stage show to five dates
Yes and I heard on the news that the £90 original tickets are being touted now at £1000 . Some of these pensioners must be well off, they are always crying poverty, but there seems to be some rich OAPs out there.
The touts and the people selling their tickets will be making bank, I think the performers would have had a contract in place before the show was announced so they won't get more than was stipulated but I stand to be corrected on that.Originally Posted by wasabi
