"E-Sarn" pork sausages from Big C, grilled until black, with slices of green chilli, fresh ginger, cucumber and lettuce washed down with Chang.

    Next favourite, a madras curry.

no apologies needed Ben, but we eat more than once a day

I was just thinking of cheese...nice big hunk of unpasteurised sheeps cheese, in a fresh wholemeal sarnie, with some slices of tomato

    Damn!

Right, I'm off to the Italian place for lunch. They do pretty good baguettes, quiches and awsome lemon merengue pies.

    Laters....
