Modem/Internet problem, help pls.

I pushed the reset button on my modem cos I thought it would fix the problem.

Now I cannot connect to internet at all,

Anyone able to help me? (I'm a bit thick, like) or should I just call someone who actually knows what they are doing?

They never gave them to me, a technician came out, installed the stuff and left...
