Facebook page mocks dead miners

A shocking Facebook page mocking the dead miners at the Gleision Colliery in Wales is under investigation.
The page called "I'm really sad for those four miners. LOL j/k [just kidding], they were Welsh" received many complaints from outraged members of the public.
An official at The National Union of Miners condemned it as "thoroughly sick" urging police to take action.
The page contains jokes as well as tasteless images including a miner with crosses drawn on his eyes and a large red tongue added to his mouth.
The site appears to have been largely created by one person.
Phillip Hill, 45, Garry Jenkins, 39, David Powell, 50, and Charles Breslin, 62, died when water engulfed Gleision Colliery near Pontardawe.
Their bodies were found after a rescue operation on Friday.
Church services took place and prayers were said in memory of the men across south Wales on Sunday.
