Family Battles Sex Assault Claim Against 6-Year-Old

This is ridiculous and not the first time a toddler has been charged or attempted charge made.
    --------

HERCULES (CBS 5) – An East Bay dad claims a game of tag on the playground resulted in his 6-year-old son being accused of sexual assault – a decision he said was an overreaction by school officials.

The parent, who asked only to be identified as Oswin, said his son was accused of brushing his best friend’s leg or groin while the two were playing on the playground at Lupine Hills Elementary in Hercules two months ago.

Oswin said his child was kept in the principal’s office for two hours until he confessed. He was suspended, and a sexual battery charge was placed on his permanent school record.

As far as the kids are concerned if there WAS any intent, which there probably wasn't, it would have been forgotten in minutes, but kids will experiment and fool around, taking a 6 year old to task for it is fucking ridiculous.
The west is out of control in this regard.

If this goes much further, mothers giving birth to sons are immediately gonna get busted for "inappropriate sexual contact with a minor"......

Creating Lifelong Customers: the School-to-Prison Pipeline and the Private Prison Industry

    Friday, 13 January 2012 09:11

'As if the United States did not have a bloated enough prison population – which I think nearly every single American realizes is a painful truth – our school systems are being transformed into yet another way to funnel people into the private prison system.

School systems around the country, but especially Texas, have begun criminalizing what would otherwise be normal childish behavior.'

    Ego conflict.
Teacher was not in control of her ego, so child takes the cues and reacts.
A really insecure kid, one lacking in real assurance of life.
Treating kids as criminals is totally despicable.

The way she's been taught to respond reflects her upbringing and home environment.
The problems she has need to be addressed in the home and her neighbourhood.

I know I'm old fashioned but I don't believe in this traumatized crap. What cretaes the trauma is leaving something on record for years so it can always be thrown back in your face.

Life is traumatic live with it.

    Agreed.
All you get out of ritualized punishment of children is traumatised maladjusted kids.
This kind of crap was dumped on my kids once or twice. The first time I went into the school concerned and offered to take the head off one headmaster if he so much as squeaked at my child again , let alone beat him. We had a small argument.

    No further problem.

The second instance, my daughter came home bullied and crying, clothes torn, bruised and beaten.
I went to the headmaster about it, told him to stop the bullying, it didn't, so I told the local cop that I was prepared to shoot the bully's father if the bullying didn't stop.
There was a new headmaster in, two days later and all bullying stopped.

    Extreme action?
    Dead right.
    Did it work.

    You bet it did.

No police comeback on me at all.

I don't advocate violence or guns to sort problems, but this was in a rather hairy district of NZ, the West Coast, South Island.

So there you go, be prepared to push your way to justice and you'll likely win.

Never take shit, just wait your chance and get even, really even.
