Carlingford Lough is a glacial fjord or sea inlet that forms part of the border between Northern Ireland to the north and the Republic of Ireland to the south. On its northern shore is County Down and on its southern shore is County Louth.

Interesting pics. Any fish in the river? I saw some guys on the tube trying to pull a stingray out of a river in Thailand. After a long battle the ray was lost. Snapped the line. Looks like fun trying but if I do I'm gonna need a bigger boat. And better gear. They were rigged for Marlin and the likes. Most I could do would be large catfish.
