MF was, and probably still is, one of the most helpful folks you could find on the web.

He was a veritable fount of useful information on the Farming Thread. Folks were pretty deeply affected by his accident and recovery.

He would be a great addition to a couple of threads here in the financial section and the farming area.

Hope he is doing well.

IMO the "bad" reputation of TD is greatly overrated, honestly I was a bit disappointed when I first joined this forum...

Anyway, why don't TD offers CornCultivator its expertise to start his own forum? Of course linked with TD for all general subjects, shared advertisement revenue, etc ... I'm sure there are a lot of people sick and tired of other forums but too "shy" to join TD who would be very interested.

i'd have to agree. I was told there were all sorts of fights going on at teakdoor, however i havent seen anything like that at all. it seems quite clean actually.

Both maizefarmer & Chownah are fabulous posters. At first I thought MF was bullshit but he can back up everything he says. He was banned and reprieved once before Years & years ago )and I played a very small part in getting him back. Chownah has great insight to how Thai's think. If he's already here then great.

I hope he can also start a "Thai" section. There is a lot of good information on Pantip too and I'm sure everybody can profit if we can mix both Thai and Western experience.
