I watched part of this movie Sunday afternoon

Regarding the federal reserve in the States, the movie claims that an elite group of bankers have taken control of the economy, government and country over the last 150 years.

It claims the federal reserve is actually a private corporation (the bankers) who print dollars that are loaned to the US government. Hence, interest is charged by the FR and paid by US taxpayers. It also claims federal taxes are actually illegal and unconstitutional.

Apparently, there is no law that stipulates US citizens must pay federal taxes and the constitution outlaws federal taxes. All federal taxes are passed to the federal reserve and none of the funds are allocated to the government.

There's too much for me to summarise but interesting stuff.

It starts by discussing religion.

That sounds almost exactly like America: Freedom to Facism. Uncannily so actually.
