not been to Monaco but it hardly sounds exotic - just full of Kunts with too much money



^ I believe there are now ATM's in Phnom Penh - anyway I'll prob. do a visa run there next month so will check that out (there is supposedly a Siam Commercial Bank there too which is handy)
