Have you not thought of fixing a length of appropriately guaged hosepipe into your toilet bowl? Run a length of it through to your armchair, fit a funnel & voila - you don't need to move from the comfort of your chair to visit the hong nam ever again.

I used to make my own beer and have about 10m of siphon tubing which would do the job nicely. Might incorporate an old fishtank water pump 1 metre down the line to send the expelled beer upstairs to the toilet.

Sounds like a fun project
