I have some good news for you : If you quite smoking and, drinking coffee ( and alcohol as well ) , you will not die .
You will continue living and also have more money in the process to do so

The trick is to do other things , other than smoking , drinking coffee & alcohol .
Add all the time and money that you spent on smoking , drinking coffee and alcohol and spent that time and money on something else
That way , you life becomes a BETTER existence

The main object isnt about saving money though, is it ?
That is just an added bonus .
The min object also isnt about simply avoiding dying , its about living a better life without having to put things into your mouth .
I used to spend about 500 Baht a day on the above mentioned vices , about 200 000 Baht per year .
I am now saving that money to build a house .

I heard if you quit all the killers you're so healthy that they give you a calendar to choose when to die.

The land is available free , I can pretty much build the house myself , just need the materials .
Two years vice free = 400 000 Baht , that should go quite a long way in materials

Since stopping drinking and smoking, I estimate I've saved about 10 million baht.

Can we keep in mind that no two bodies are the same?

Some tolerate caffeine quite well and can drink 4 of more cups per day with little to no ill effects while others can't go beyond a cup (if that) w/o experiencing discomfort at some level.

Same same all foods, drinks, vices, etc.

Gotta take the time and energy to know your own constitution.
Girls n gays are generally more in touch with what they can tolerate, imo.

Over two weeks clean now, all that fresh air is clearing my lungs out to one good cough of black gunk in the morning.

Still get triggers but the impulse to smoke is less and less with each day.

Can walk into a shop now and not think about buying cigs.

Wouldn't mind one now, but i'll just have to put that thought to the back of my mind.

^There was a big scandal in the UK back in the 70's when some ICI research lab was discovered to have loads of Beagle dogs smoking "new" types of cigarettes, and then dissected to check for cancer. (Animal Liberation activists later freed the dogs, but they all returned because they were gasping for a cig after a few days later. )

^gosh that's cruel... but come to think of it, is that less cruel than ddissecting toads for lab class or rats & rabbits for science?

It's just that dogs (those beagles) are lovable, huggable creatures, so it breaks my heart... So does the thought of the Russians putting a dog in a rocket bound for space... the things we humans do...
