Shut down the main board for members & insist all posting should be restricted to the chatroom & nowhere else for one hour. That would light the place up for a time & afterwards everyone will see how good it is & hopefully spend more time there.

However, it did take me a while to find the upload button. I only chanced upon it when my cursor accidentally crossed the house icon.

The only chatroom that I ever saw working was at the TV, used to be great having a punchup in there. My own opinion is that ppl. don't like the idea of talking face-to-face so to speak, rather just post messages & await a response. Personally I prefer chat to messages.
