    tenancy agreement

I'm looking at a new tenancy agreement and I like this part that I have highlighted.

4.9 The “TENANT” shall not use or store in the said PREMISES or common area any inflammable liquid, gas, chemical, narcotic or their material unless it is to be used for domestic purposes or unless it is contained in a fuel tank of a motor vehicle or internal combustion engine. Any compensation in this regard will be paid by the “TENANT”.

Sounds like it as long as it's for domestic purposes. Reasonable land lord.
