You are aware, that the Ramadan rule of not eating from dawn to dusk is in reality interpreted as eating from dusk till dawn? When in Saudi Arabia, I learned that food consumption during Ramadan goes up by an astounding 30%.

I think you are accounting all the killings in Iraq to Bush and the US. While actually 90% at least are local infighting among rival Muslim groups.
