So what did you get for Christmas folks? The handiest gift I got was this snappy set of tools.

It comes in this handy lil pouch that you can put on your belt.

Or I can just sling it in my handbag.

What a fucking letdown for me.

My phones battery died a few days ago so my wife was 'nice' enough to buy me another (second-hand) phone.

She then informed me that she would buy a new battery for my old phone and give my 'old' phone to our older son.

*getting really angry now*

That explains why she didn't just buy me a brand new battery in the first place; sneaky fucking Thais...

I'm not exactly sure what you mean but basically my wife decided to buy me a second phone so she could take my first and give it to our son.

So in reality, she just bought our son a phone for my Christmas present.

And I don't know where the "low maintenance wife" part comes in.

I'm actually the 'low maintenance' one; she's just the 'sneaky' one.

st. nick this year was kind, me having been a good lad all year...
He brought loads of computer accessories:

850 va ups
speakers
fast thumb drive 1gb
dvd-rw
50 8x dvd-r blanks
ok-ish webcam
wireless mouse (shite)
mid range graphic accelarator card

no piccies since, for example, I find looking at a graphics accelerator card even less interesting than DD favorite... watching paint dry! Just immagine what sort of emotions an 850 va ups could bring on!

and if the entire truth is to be told *choke*

-mind you, I sent a big box of prezzies to my neices and nephews in OZ! ...and the sound of the little urchin's voices on the phone was my best present!
