I haven't done much on Binance for a while as I have been to busy to play , so maybe Jabir can advise as he seems to be hooked on all the flavours he can find

2 of my mates quit their long-term portfolios at the 2nd slaughter.

Think they bailed out in the red, never to attempt long term again. Just doing short and medium term trades now.

Myself and another mate have pretty much the same - a wide selection of coins in pretty even amounts put away in storage for the year.

Now just doing short-terms.... which are becoming medium ones as they still haven't hit my pull out point.

Will make a bit when BTC hits 400k, and ETH 40k. And bought ETC at around 1,000thb which I'll keep until the 5th March airdrop.

Lots of different ways, I like having one long-term portfolio put away, and then playing around weekly/monthly with play money.

A lot can happen in a month.

Ah, not a 0.25% flat rate for all transfers?

you need to look at the policies on both ends and work out the best strategy for moving between exchanges and your computer wallet

for trading on Binance it can be advantagous to buy a small amount of BNB ( Binance coin ) and use that for trading fees

again - Jabir seems to be in the vangard in this regard , so he should have an idea as to what to do

to work out what is being pumped , you need to hang out on r/cryptocurrency on reddit and u/biz on 4chan to see what is being shilled and what is sh1tcoin or panjeet paid shill sh1t coin

This is typically the rate for buying/selling/trading your cryptos on a trading platform, such as BX or Binance.

The big fees can come when transfering your coins from their wallet on their exchange, to a wallet on either another exchange or wallet on your PC (Exodus, for example)

To transfer ETH from my BX wallet to my Binance wallet was quite cheap, a set fee of 0.005 ETH, which was around 200-300thb at the time.

BTC wallet-to-wallet transfer fees are eyewatering.

Ah OK cheers. I hadn't investigated that because I'd just planned to do straight buy/sells for THB at this stage.

    Never does.

It's a great irony actually. He's absolutely batshit crazy but he's also extremely consistent in being absolutely batshit crazy. Follows the same patterns every time.

He's watching it like a hawk: dissecting and disseminating my every post on it back on TC. And getting angry. So very, very angry. It's weird.

it's like having my own personal investment adviser. Just a batshit crazy and angry one that has no idea what he's talking about.

Gaining material for his next Ant Robinson novel, no doubt.

maybe I'm missing something here but if ETC and LTC are about to fork why isn't their price going up?

I saw this as a bit like a share price rise before going ex-dividend - and the dividend needs to be greater than the rise in share price.

As it currently stands the price of LTC ETC has dropped and yet you get the forked coin - seems a little counter-intuitive - or the new coins aren't worth much (CLO - as a proposition looks ropey to me).

    But maybe I've misunderstood it.

Stuck some small change into POW (Power Ledger) this morning for a bit of fun.

Can now buy it with THB on BX.

    Currently 25thb.

One of the ones to put in some change you won't miss and check back in 3 to 5 years.

Like PND, might have vanished or might buy me a medium sized African Nation.

LTC was flying until 2 days ago, now waiting to see how it breaks, not that I'll be making any moves either way.

    Cheers, that's an interesting link.

Members won't stop the Smeg Coin though, he has at least one active login cos he reads/reports on TDH too.

In other news... figured out my issue with Delta! Had it configured wrong because I input the data from trade confirmation emails instead of the actual ledger. All good now.

Japan calls out Blockchain Laboratory's unregistered ICO

The Japanese Financial Services Agency has warned Macau-based Blockchain Laboratory its initial coin offering in Japan violates a requirement of registration with the regulator. The action raises questions about the FSA's ability to enforce rules on venues outside Japan.

I read an interesting comment a few days ago...

In the dotcom bubble the institutional money came first, the small investors came at the end.
This time the small investors are in first, institutional money is yet to move in. Mostly because of a lack of regulation. FIs can't risk buying digital assets and getting pinged for potential money-laundering under AML laws. Until they can be sure that there's an end-to-end digital paper trail they won't be jumping in. That gives us something to look forward to... if you're positioned well to take advantage of a possible large influx of money into the market on coins with actual potential/usecase.
Some people think it don't, but it be.
