Prayuth warns zombies to stay off BTS

Halloween revellers are being urged to avoid the BTS system in Bangkok, in case they cause a panic.

Transport police in Bangkok say people in ghoulish fancy dress have been making other passengers nervous in recent days, and officers want travellers to report anyone they spot wearing spooky costumes. "Passengers' strange behaviour may make some feel uneasy, cause onlookers to panic and could easily lead to security risks," the force says in a statement posted on its Social network page. "Therefore the subway does not encourage such acts."
Many social media users agree with the police. "In public places, people need to consider the feelings of others and abide by public order," says one user. Others still consider Halloween a Western import and are baffled by those who decide to dress up. But some users think the warning is an overreaction. "Surely it's security that makes people uneasy," one man says. "When I see the police I feel more anxious."

Bangkok is following in the footsteps of Pattaya, which last year said people travelling on the city's baht bus in Halloween outfits could face arrest. The Thai capital was gearing up to host a major summit at the time.
It seems that Thai police aren't the only ones worried about creepy costumes. One force in southern Wales is asking people to think twice about their Halloween attire, warning them that toy weapons won't be tolerated. The force even tweeted some helpful examples of "acceptable" and "unacceptable" outfits.

I see he's ready to head-shoot the zombies in the brain. I'm sure e-abasut will lend a hand as he's experienced in such matters. Apparently, evil red-shirt zombies like to congregate in temples... abasut can dispose of those creatures (again) while the gormless twat above can waste the zombies on the train...

Saving us from the evil un-dead... god bless 'em.

Just because of this, I had to cancel my plan yesterday to go trick-or-treating on the BTS dressed as an army general.

Glad to see the Hon. Gen. is focusing on issues of significant national importance.

Maybe he should focus on unattended rucksacks left on park benches, last 2 nights seen a few. Tonight there was 1, no one within 20 meters of it.

Amazing how the SET bounces up and down with his every seemingly-idiotic utterance. I made a few bob off his "I will close the country" statement.
