Look if your letter worked, and worked for the long term, then good luck to you. But you initially asked was it professional and several different people, with different back grounds replied no. Just because it initially appears to have worked does not change that assessment. I would watch my back if I were you. Particularly since this is a company that has already once promised you one thing and delivered another regarding you salary. What's to say that the latest offers of salary and additional holidays are going to be delivered exactly as you expect?
