To be fair there's a better chance of West Germany or the USSR winning it.

No, England to win, gotta say that, but every world cup I'm certain their gonna do it, but they always turn out shite, so they probably will again. Be interesting to see how the North Koreans fair too. If I had to put money on it it would be the Krauts though..zay are so effizient.
