The first half was a case of all mouth and no action, I think Im right in saying we didnt have 1 shot on target. Second half was better but not as good as the scoreline says. They looked ragged, Rooney was wandering and pulling deep leaving Heskey more or less on his own. Between them I thought what Rooney did was OK, he got the ball and passed it OK but he was near the halfway line when he was doing it, he needs support from midfield to keep him nearer the goal.
All in all a case of job done, 3 wins out of 3 but still a lot of work to do.
Didn't get to watch the game as it wasn't on over here, was keeping track on the scores on the mobile phone and when I saw 2-1 I was amused, but luckily for England they daved face and they pulled it off late.

Was Very impressed by the attendence at the game 89,107 against Kazakhstan is quite a shock.

Wales managed a 2-0 victory at home to footballing giants Liechtenstein with Craig Bellamy missing a penalty.
Although the scoreline against such a side should have been a lot larger I am just happy with a win and a clean sheet.
We have a very young and inexperienced squad of players right now and fear the worst aginst Germany.
Our line up last night was

Wales: Hennessey, Gunter, Morgan, Williams, Bale, Davies, Fletcher (Robinson 56), Koumas, Edwards, Bellamy (Collins 81), Vokes (Evans 51).
Subs Not Used: Myhill, Ricketts, Cotterill, Vaughan.

For most premier league arm chair supporters you would not recognise half of the players on that list.

Welsh Football really needs a kick up the ass!!!!

I am not doubting the passion of our players at all, they are all young guys keen on doing their best for their country and getting themselves recognised.

For England they are all established premier league players but with Wales the majority of the squad play their football in the lower leagues, we have a lot of Injury problems and players are being drafted in to make up the numbers, the likes of Ched Evans who has been said to be one for the future has only had a couple of substitue appearances for Man City this season, Aaron Ramsey is not included because of his involvement for the U-21 team, Joe Ledely is out injured and Paul Parry has thrown his dummy out of the pram and quit internationals, These 3 players are all young exciting and are badly missed at international level for Wales.
