Good idea, and Luigi would fit in nicely. Back in the day a wide boy mate at Clapton, Park Royal, Stamford Bridge and Harringey would tip every dog in a race to different punters (put just £x on for me), and after the race go round collecting his commissions. He had the gift, knew the patter, could sweet talk anyone and ended up every evening a winner. They never did catch on.

I signed up with a UK bank account. When I open the app it says 'Please wait while we check if gambling is legal in your location' then lets me in anyway.

My apple account is from uk too, or you might not be able to download the app.

Could always try online or use a VPN if no luck. Don't think they will accept a Thai bank account though.
