I've always been active when it comes to sport but in particular with racquet sports, playing tennis from the age of 6. I recently took up squash as it is quite hard to get a decent game of tennis, but my squash partner keeps busting his knee; and haven't played for 3 months.
So I'm thinking of jogging and wondered from those that jog, if any on here, have any tips for getting into it. I've always been shit at long distance running since school, yet I can play tennis for a good 4hrs, or run around on a footy pitch with no problems. I've bought a decent pair of running shoes so I'm ready to go. I'm up a 5am daily so my jogging will be in some amount of safety I hope.
