Thread: Join The Teak Door 2014 Fantasy Football League

OK, as promised, I have created a Teak Door Fantasy Football League. For all you Brits and Europeans out there, this is American Football not what you all are used to. The first 20 members to express an interest to join will need to PM me and I will send all the information of the team.

If you have played Fantasy Football before, then you know the drill. If not, you can go onto the Fantasy Football 2014 website to see what it is all about. There will be a draft held when you will be able to choose your team. If you are not able to attend the online draft, you can auto-draft which is explained on the website. I did an auto-draft last year and came in second in my league.

Pretty simple, so come on LET's PLAY FOOTBALL!!!

Muhhaaa!! This will be good.

All above are in except Jofrey. No cheerleaders allowed on the teams, but you can wear one of their outfits and sit on the sidelines.

So have Leicester bought any good players?

No Suarez this season; he took quite a bite out of my budget last year.

If the players are having a problem, try bringing up the FF website and click on join a league. You should be able to use the league ID and password to join. If not, I will dig a little further. This is the first time I have started a league, but have played in many so I am definitely learning as I go.

and it should take you to the Join Custom League page. It should already show the ID, but you will need the password which is teakdoor. Then click continue.

Hope this works, so please let me know if you have any problems. Like I said, I have played in many FF leagues, but this is the first time I have started one.

Someone had success in registering a team named "Drunk and Disorderly", so the link must be working. For those of you still having problems, try the link and let me know if it is working for you.

Blue, there will be a draft held in August when everyone will pick their players. Go ahead and browse the FF website and start to become familiar with the process. If you do not want to individually pick the players on draft day, you can do an auto draft that will pick them for you according to their point ranking. I have done this in the past since you do not have to be present during the online draft process. It will be done automatically for you.

Once the season starts, you can trade and drop players as you like. Who knows what injuries will keep some of your team out, but you have the chance to replace them. I am sure the first game will be the first regular game of the season on September 4th, but keep an eye out on the league news and they will tell you. I will remind everyone as well about the online draft and first game.

There are still several openings for anyone wanting to join the TD Fantasy Football League. You do not need to be a football expert to play in this league. It is just a great way to add a little more excitement to the football season of 2014.

Come on football fans, just follow the directions above and it is easy.

Where are all the Americans and American football fans? I can not believe only 4 members want to play in the TD Fantasy Football league. There have been 185 views of this thread and out of those, you would think we could get 12 individuals who want a little friendly competition.

The league is in danger of not playing if there isn't more interest. Just follow the instructions above to join.
