when's Peaky Blinders back?
when's Peaky Blinders back?
'Soon'
Estimated to be early October. Rumored early November.
I'm waiting for that and Billions S03. ETA Spring 2018.
Decent copies of American Made (Korean subs) at UsaBit.
Mr Robot is back.
^Watch it all in one session. Yes it’s still good.
Cheers. The first 8 episodes of S01 were great, then the last two were crap as they went from copying *that movie*, to actually being *that movie*
Will give S02 a go though, cheers.
Agreed Luigi. Still really enjoyed season 1 though. It helps that "that movie" is one of my all time favorites.
Same boat, still haven't gotten around to Season 2.
Atomic Blonde decent copies (Korean subs) are up.
I'm a few episodes into "Mr Mercedes", a 10 episode series from AT&T productions. Stars Brendan Gleeson as a recently retired detective in Ohio, who after being contacted by the killer, starts to investigate an unsolved mass murder case. Can't say too much else without 'spoiling', however highly recommended.
Gleeson's character has some pretty dark and sometimes humorous moments, and this show is not recommended for children because of it's graphic content. As a side note, Gleeson's portrayal in the early episodes are a close match of how I imagine 'Seekingassylum' looks in his Pattaya den.

^It is. I watched the first two episodes this morning and am hooked.
Ray Donovan season is very dark, but at the same time very nice, a must see
Gonna start Mr. Mercedes tonight.
Mindhunter 1 (2017). 10x1hr Eps.
I thoroughly enjoyed this one. Only one complaint, the Brit pop songs on the soundtrack.Set in 1977, in the early days of criminal psychology and criminal profiling at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Mindhunter revolves around FBI agents Holden Ford (Jonathan Groff) and Bill Tench (Holt McCallany), who interview imprisoned serial killers in order to understand how such criminals think and apply this knowledge to solving ongoing cases.
Based on the true crime book Mind Hunter: Inside the FBI's Elite Serial Crime Unit written by John E. Douglas and Mark Olshaker.

Cancelled .
Watched 1st episode of Mr Mercedes....too disturbing for me. Could be good if you like that sorta thing though.
I binged 10 episodes of "Mindhunter" on Netflix over the last weekend, very enjoyable.
Crime drama, based on the true story of the FBI agents that developed psychological profiling of mass murderers in the 1970s. A nod to 'Silence of the Lambs' at times.

I agree music can be distracting on this sort of show though. I can't watch 'Peaky Blinders' because of it. The whole style of the show is completely unsuited to the 'music video' format.
