DD, have you seen this MOVIE version of Trailer Park boys...I just found it a day or so before...it is like a whole movie rather than individual episodes?

And what the fuck was that "BOBBY BOX HEAD!"

And that guy, is it Bubbles? is so funny ..the guy with the Hubble telescope glasses...why on earth did this never hit mainstream comedy??

I Tried to explain a bit of the humour to the missus, but it sort of lost the jist when she realised that trailer Trash had better homes than most Thais!

She didn't see the funny side, and in fact the word "Sooay"was used to decribe a couple of their trailers...now how do you put that across..you cant!

It's a Canadian classic. I love it and I really miss being able to see the series. It's brilliant. You should try to download the series from the start. You'll piss yourself laughing.

it is damn funny, there is two movie versions, a 1999 one, that started it all, and a later version at the end of the episodes. (7 seasons)

It's filmed in Nova Scotia. what's funny is that they had Christmas episodes but there was no snow. They must do all the filming in the summer. How can you have a Canadian show and not show winter in the winter???

Are you joking? was this really from 1999???

The only thing I found a bit "wrong" was they were toooo clean... they obviously were Canadians with their "aboot" but the trailer park looked kind of liveable...American Trailer Trash....nooooooooo!

But the full lenght movie was fucking hilarious...when it culminates to the bank robbery...hubble glasses, a constant glass of booze...who thought this up!

Have you watched that weird movie, (and it is quite funny) Stingray Sam? It is a bit of a pain in the arse as was some of the trailer park boys where they consisted of 10 or 20 minute episodes..and you have to sit through titles every few minutes...but if you get the time, have a look at SAM!

We went mad for it here on the boat as it was the only decent video we had for a whole 15 day Atlantic crossing, know it off by heart and some still call me Mr Lahey...No idea why. Check out some of bubbles stuff on you tube, does a great song "Liquor and Whores" Funny shit.

One in 1999 and the other is perhaps 1989? 1995? Not sure.

the first one they spend half their time snorting coke. I guess the producers realised that they needed to drop that aspect of the show to go mainstream, cos its not in any of the episodes nor the second movie.

I forgot to mention - I saw one season closer and in it, they were all in a Winnegabo on the highway. They rolled it over in acrash and Julian's drink remained unscathed.
