Roast beef and horseradish pie sounds like a winner.

Yes Chitty, my missus is trying different things such as an Indian Butter Chicken Pie, Salmon and Leek Pie and she is going to launch an Argentinian Beef Steak Pie.

The business is so competitive here unless you try different things you go under real quick. Having said that she is doing really well, a real grafter.

The finished product. Started with the rub, then a searing, topped with spuds, carrots, onions, celery, mushrooms, a hint of basil, more salt and pepper with a cup of beef broth to roll out the rest of the juice.
I did mention it all started with a rub.

350f for 2.5 hours. Lunch/ dinner for days. The ribeye will have to wait.

    Forgot the Yorkshires.
Those are some real pretty carrots. Looking good, some nice french bread glazed in butter to sop up the gravy and hell I think your speaking my language.

You're a proper dyed-hair Pattaya auld fella, aren't you? Like anyone who wasn't prone to spending time in that shithole would eat a vindaloo or a chicken butter pie cooked by the Thai wife of an Aussie prole.

    Each to their own though.

Villa market has fresh horseradish root most of the time. The price however will make your eyes water

...probably balsamic vinegar (note drops of olive oil as well)...the cheese adds a bit of animal fat for heft while chewing...

Late in last night and really not bothered to cook from scratch but I did have a defrosted sample of Loytoys wifes Butter chicken in the fridge so I know up some basmati rice and presto.

Shite photos I know (I was a bit ''tired and emotional' ) but this was delicious. Tender chicken in a rich sauce with just a hint of heat.

I still have a Madras and a Vindaloo to try but will certainly be ordering more of the butter chicken.

Thanks mate and I am glad you enjoyed the butter chicken.

You will find the madras is a little hotter then the butter chicken and the vindaloo quite spicy as a vindaloo should be.

To those that doubt my wife's products...................Snigger

^And these products can be bought where?. FFS don't say on the side of some Soi out of the boot of your car after a cursory scan for rozzers, those of us not looking for an aiding and abetting wrap need to know a bricks and morter location.

Anyway, (and to nominate two locations close to you) you can always visit the Boxing Roo or the Sandman Bar on Soi 6 as they sell my wife's products there.

    Enjoy!

So I can go to the Boxing Roo and buy these products in containers frozen (as per Toslti's pic) to take home?.
